DELTA Fiber offers the best broadband network in the province of Zeeland. It has also secured a leading position in South Holland and Overijssel. This is the conclusion of Connect Magazine's annual survey conducted by benchmark organization umlaut, part of Accenture, into the quality of broadband networks around the world. In addition, DELTA's customers rate its customer service in the fourth quarter of 2022 at 8.8 in the Provider Monitor of the Consumentenbond, which means that DELTA has the highest rated customer service of all Dutch internet providers.
DELTA scored the best rating in the three provinces mentioned before in terms of download speed, upload speed and stability, among other aspects. Hakan Ekmen, CEO Telecommunication at umlaut: “As a regional player, DELTA Fiber has shown the best results in three provinces. In addition, the high scores for stability are excellent news for Dutch customers.”
