DELTA once again scores the highest number of points in a network survey by Umlaut. The benchmark organization conducts an annual study in which providers are assessed on among other things download speed, upload speed and latency. DELTA scored 962 out of 1000 points and was rated 'outstanding'. This means that DELTA scores higher regionally than Odido (953), KPN (951) and Ziggo (942).

ProviderCheck: DELTA fastest customer service in 2023

DELTA has the fastest customer service as a telecom provider as research conducted by ProviderCheck in October 2023 has shown. By calling the customer service several times with different types of questions, they calculated how long customers have to wait on average.

DELTA has the best customer service with an average of 2 minutes and 22 seconds. DELTA is closely followed by Caiway with 02:44.

NPERF Gold Medal Broadband AWARD H2 2022 – H1 2023

The best H2 2022 – H1 2023 Fixed-line Internet performance, making DELTA the fastest internetprovider in The Netherlands. Between June 2022 and July 2023, more than 400,000 tests were administered for this study.

 

nPerf expresses their results in points. Delta Fiber scores 160,984 points, with a download bitrate of 223.31 Mbps, an upload bitrate of 185.87 Mbps, and a latency of 19.1 ms.

In a survey by Umlaut DELTA and Caiway come out on top in three provinces. These are the provinces Overijssel, South Holland and Zeeland. Umlaut looked at the down and upload speed, latency and stability of the network.

On 19 October 2022, DELTA Business was awarded ISO 27001 Certification. This is a globally recognized standard that demonstrates that we have our information security in order and that we have done everything possible to prevent a data breach, for example.

In January 2021, the Consumers' Association panel voted DELTA again the best provider in the Netherlands for internet, TV and calling via cable. Consumers were interviewed about their experience and on the basis of this the Consumers' Association made a score on various components.

 

With our provider rating of 8.3, we stood head and shoulders above the other providers. For the quality of our television, we scored a 7.4, also the highest of all providers.

nPerf: Fastest provider in the Netherlands in 2020

Caiway is the fastest internet provider in the Netherlands, according to nPerf in 2020. Each year nPerf tests the internet connections of the five largest providers in the Netherlands.

 

In 2020, a total of 1,147,558 connection tests have been performed. Caiway came out on top in the test in terms of download speed (127 Mb/s), upload speed (123 Mb/s) and latency (20.4 ms). This makes Caiway fiber optic faster than the national average in all cases.

Providercheck: DELTA's customer service best in the Netherlands 2020

In a study into the accessibility of the customer service of twelve Dutch internet providers, DELTA once again comes out as one of the best.

 

On average, customers get a customer service representative on the line within three minutes. This makes DELTA customer service the second fastest in the Netherlands.

 

In May 2019, DELTA already had the best accessible customer service in the Netherlands.
